Return and Refund Policy
Each Arman Flint product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@armanflint.co within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the product and the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund. You usually will not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so. Printful covers qualifying manufacturing errors and damaged products through a reprint or refund process.
Lost orders
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the shipment.
Size and fit
Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. Because products are made on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size was ordered or when a customer changes their mind. Printful does not accept size or color exchanges for made-to-order products.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately at support@armanflint.co if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
Returns
Do not send products to the business mailing address or directly to Printful without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
European Union customers
Customers in the European Union may have statutory cancellation or return rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for many online purchases. Those rights are subject to applicable exceptions and are not limited by this policy. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping under the EU cooling-off rules unless the item is faulty or the seller agrees otherwise.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
