Shipping Policy

All Arman Flint merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Processing time

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays, major promotions, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete and vary by destination and shipping method. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple shipments

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities or require separate packaging. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders

If an order has not arrived within 30 days after its estimated delivery date, contact support@armanflint.co with your order number so we can investigate.
